One of the main logistics centers of the Iberian Peninsula
The complex is being built in the Polígono Puerta Centro in Guadalajara, one of the main logistics centers of the Iberian Peninsula. It is one of the most important strategic areas of the Spanish territory for large national and international operators, due to the direct connection to the A-2 motorway and the Corridor of Henares and Madrid, among others.
The project is designed with the highest standards of quality and energy sustainability, which will allow you to obtain the LEED Gold certificate, awarded by the US Green Building Council. Luís Simões and Montepino also reinforce their commitment to the environment through services that reduce the environmental impact.
Luís Simões once again entrusts Montepino Logística, and has been operating since 2017 in the logistics platform of Merlin Cabanilla, also developed by this promoter.
